Return/Exchange Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our loyal customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. Please email us with any questions before placing your order. Our customer service team is available by email 24 hours a day.

  • All sale items final sale
  • Exchanges with original tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase date
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges of the exchanged item
  • An item that is proven to be damaged or defective, at Pink Colony's discretion on a case-by-case basis, may be eligible to swap out, so long as Pink Colony has the identical item in the same size and color in stock. If Pink Colony does not have the item in stock, it is Pink Colony's discretion to extend a store merchandise credit, not including shipping charges. 
  • Any purchases made with a promotion code of a discount value are considered sale and final sale
  • Please complete the form provided in the order package and include in exchange

  • Exchanges and merchandise credits are processed within 5-7 business days of Pink Colony receiving it
